Retreat Payment Information

The full payment is due 60 days before the trip start date (or at the time of registration if the trip will start in less than 60 days.) If full payment is not received on time, the reservation may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

If you cancel after making your reservation and the trip starts within 60 days, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel more than 60 days before the trip start date, 75% of the deposit can be used towards a future offering within one year and 25% will be forfeited. Any amount paid, other than the deposit, will be refunded in full.

If you cancel less than 60 days before the trip start date, the deposit will be forfeited and any additional amount paid will only be partially refunded. Please see the refund terms listed below.

A full refund, including deposit, will be made if you cancel from the waitlist, or are still on the waitlist when the trip starts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Retreats:
If Temenos Rising has to cancel a retreat due to unexpected conditions, your deposit and any payments will be returned. Because the number of participants is limited and we often have a waitlist, it is important to let us know as soon possible if you need to cancel. In order to respect those on the waitlist and to encourage timely cancellations, we have the following cancellation policy.

  1. Cancellation received 60 or more days before trip start date: Full refund minus deposit (60% of the deposit can be used towards a future offering within one year and 40% will be forfeited).

  2. 45 - 59 days before trip start date: Refund of 25% of full trip cost. If the trip is full when it begins, we will refund 50%.

  3. 44 days or less before trip start date: We will not be able to offer any refund. 

Day Events (anything that is not overnight):
Temenos Rising reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change an offering due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or change, registrants will be offered a full refund or a reschedule.

In order to encourage timely cancellations, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancel 10 days or more before the event: Credit for future offering.

  • Cancel 9 days or less before the event: No credit or refund. 

Scholarships

We are offering scholarships to help those participate in our offerings who will not be able to do so without financial assistance. We are prioritizing scholarship assistance to BIPOC folks that have been historically underrepresented and underserved and those who have financial barriers that prevent access to restorative, regenerative opportunities.

We have a limited amount of scholarship money available each year. We encourage you to apply if you need support. Our intention is make our offerings accessible to as many people as possible so please consider this when thinking about the amount you can contribute. We have flexible payment plans available for scholarship recipients.
